This is normal for any new software not yet signed with an EV Code Signing certificate. SpiningNodes is safe — we are working on getting EV certification, which will remove this warning permanently.

To install anyway:

1. Click "More info" on the SmartScreen dialog.
2. Click "Run anyway" button that appears.
3. Installation continues normally.

Rare but possible on Defender's most aggressive setting. SpiningNodes is verified clean on VirusTotal (1/70 false positive only).

To restore + install:

1. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Protection history.
2. Find the SpiningNodes quarantine entry.
3. Click "Allow on device".
4. Re-run the installer.

If Defender keeps blocking, contact us — we'll WhatsApp you a workaround.

SpiningNodes needs .NET Framework 4.8 (free Microsoft component). Most modern Windows 10/11 PCs already have it.

If missing — install from:

Restart PC after installing .NET. Then re-run the SpiningNodes installer.

Windows 10 (1709 or later) and Windows 11 — both 64-bit.

Windows 7 and 8 are NOT supported. Server editions work but are not officially tested.

• CorelDRAW X7 — ⚠️ works but has a known number-blank issue at REF_NUM sizes above 4 inches. Keep REF_NUM ≤ 4 inches on X7, or upgrade to a newer Corel.

After 7 days, the app stops opening. To continue, contact us — full license is ₹18,000/year + 18% GST.

Yes. License is tied to one machine at a time. To move:

1. Email us at spiningnodes@gmail.com with your old machine info.
2. We release the old machine lock.
3. Install + activate on the new PC.

Allowed: about 2–3 PC moves per year. Beyond that, we ask for a reason.

SpiningNodes allows one trial per machine — to prevent endless trial loops. If you've trialed before, you can't trial again on the same PC.

Options:

• Buy a full license — ₹18,000/year + 18% GST.
• If you bought a new PC or had a hardware change, contact us — we may reset the trial in genuine cases.

Payment options:

• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) — fastest.
• Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS).
• Cheque (slowest — not recommended).

GST invoice provided on request. Email us your GSTIN + business name for proper invoicing.

This is the anti-tamper protection. It triggers if:

• Your system clock was changed backward by more than 10 minutes.
• Critical anti-tamper files were deleted manually.
• Debugging tools are running.

Fix:

1. Set Windows clock to "Set time automatically" (Taskbar → right-click clock → Adjust date/time).
2. Restart your computer.
3. Try opening SpiningNodes again.

If still failing, contact us with the issue + screenshot.

Known X7 quirk. Numbers blank at REF_NUM sizes above 4 inches. Names work at any size.

Fix (one of):

• Keep REF_NUM size ≤ 4 inches on X7.
• Upgrade to Corel 2023 or newer (issue does not occur).
• Wait for next SpiningNodes update — we have a fix in testing.

This happens when the order is saved as plain CSV (which is not Unicode-safe).

Fix:

• Save the Excel file as .xlsx (NOT .csv).
• SpiningNodes reads .xlsx Unicode-safe.
• Or use the built-in Marathi Excel Converter (Plotting tab) to translate Unicode → ASCII for legacy fonts.

The Stop button is only active while a plot or export is RUNNING. If nothing is running, Stop has nothing to stop — so it stays grey.

Click Run Plotting first → then Stop becomes clickable mid-run.

By default, scale-down only applies to specific element types you tick.

Fix:

• Switch to JUNIORS mode in the Plotting tab.
• Tick only the types you want scaled (Logos / Names / Numbers).
• Re-run plotting.
